QCA GnuPG plugin 2.0.0 Beta 3

QCA GnuPG plugin 2.0.0 Beta 3 is released.

This version has the keyring caching and other stuff
discussed earlier.  It 
should be much faster for most users.

Additionally, it should solve some crashes users may have
had.  I discovered a 
very evil bug in Qt that can cause random memory corruption
when using 
QueuedConnection.  The qca-gnupg plugin now has workarounds
for that problem.  
FWIW, the bug is logged in Qt task #207048, and is already
fixed in the 
latest 4.3.5 snapshots.
