Job responsibilities -
1) Establishing the SEPG,
2) Establish and implement software engineering process
based on the
current company processes and CMMI
3) Enforce process compliance in projects.
Skill Sets:
. Thorough knowledge in ISO / CMM Standards
. Experience in areas mentioned in the Responsibilities.
. Exposure / certification in six sigma areas
. Project Management/Development experience is desirable
Qualification: BE, MCA,M.Sc(IT), B.Tech, M.Tech
Experience: 8+ Years, Min 4+ Years in CMM Process.
Location: Chennai.
