Skill Sets:ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, ADO.Net, SQL server
Job Description
.Leads efforts to analyze specify and design components in
Service
Oriented Architecture.
.Responsible for the overall set-up and design of the
client-server,
Internet and web server architectures.
.Conducts analysis and defines overall enterprise and
application
level architectures. Capable of recommending alternate
choices,
trade-offs and impact analysis *.Experience with both custom
developed
software as well as 3rd vendor-based solutions.
.Knowledge of SOA approach and design patterns
.Communicates well both verbally and written at both
business and
technical levels. Evaluates and recommends technical
solutions that will
improve IT effectiveness and business processes.
.Works with technical teams and senior technology leaders
to finalize
architecture specification, and creates design.
.Aligns solutions properly with SOA architecture
*Designs and
architects multi-tiered, leading-edge, SOA, Web Applications
and
Portals; Creates system, database, e-business, network, and
application
architecture standards.
Desired Profile of the candidate
Must demonstrate advanced knowledge in the following areas:
.Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 concepts, techniques &
architecture with
an emphasis on n-tier ASP.NET development.
.Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming
concepts, theory
and practice.
.Proficient with C# and Visual Studio .NET 2003.
.Web development in Microsoft Active Server Pages 3.0.
.SQL Server 2000 programming including development of
stored
procedures, tables, DTS packages, and jobs.
.Experience with XML, SOAP, SOA methodologies, BizTalk,
web services
and the UML required.
.Data warehousing, Analysis Services, MDX, SQL Server
Reporting
Services, Informatica Power Center beneficial
Experience - 8 Years
