Software Engineer (C++, VC++, MFC, COM/DCOM and ATL)
Experience: 4+ yrs

Qualifications:
1. Required: Strong in programming fundamentals, C++, VC++ and MFC
2. Required: Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering
3. Required: Experience in analysis, design, development and unit
testing
4. Required: Strong communication and team work skills
5. Required: BE/BS/B.Tech degree with 4 or more years of SW
experience.
6. Required: Willingness to travel to US and other customer places
on short assignments.
7. Preferred: Experience in developing COM/DCOM using MFC/ATL
8. Preferred: Experience in .Net and C#
9. Preferred: Experience in defining requirements, leading project
teams
10. Preferred: Experience leading teams or potential to grow into a
lead engineer in an years time
11. Optional: Knowledge of CMM or other process models
12. Optional: Knowledge of general semiconductor domain is big plus
