Tranlations of KOffice in the l10n modules.

After having done a few errors that I have reverted now, I
have now changed:

- for branches/stable/l10n:
* run the make_docs_external script. (The result is
equivalent to what was 
before.)

- for trunk/l10n:
* copied the koffice templates from stable to trunk/l10n
(for those teams 
prefering to translate in trunk).

- for branches/work/kde4-l10n (the experimental KDE4
module):
* add trunk/koffice (for KDE4) to the modules to be
extracted (but i have not 
copied any translation, just the templates).
