Patch for KWord, prefix/suffix for bullet lists

KWord does not save/load the prefix/suffix text for list
styles if
they are bulleted instead of numbered. I think this is wrong
according
to ODF. If someone (David?) could review my patch at:

Maybe it could be included in one of the 1.6 point releases?
