For really small features, a 1.5.x would be enough, but if
you plan to, e.g.,
copy the filters from krita-plugins to krita we need a 1.6.
And since I plan
to make it possible for filters to work on one or more
channels, 1.6 is
indicated. But I wouldn't call that really small features.
