I saw this.. I guess the question I had that the examples
did not show
was what is contained in the aspx destination folder.

I believe My.Computer.Network.UploadFile is an alias for
Microsoft.VisualBasic.Devices.Network.UploadFile (or
vice-versa)
available
to any .NET language.

Usage of My.Computer.Network.UploadFile is exemplified here:

I don't know if UploadFile() supports restartable transfers
though.

Patrick's reference is also good if you want lower-level.

They all presuppose you have an FTP destination.
