The so-called 'a' and 'b'-filters are in reality a
combination of about 5 to 10
'ordinary' filters (like the nyquist reson and
biquad-series). Unfortunately
there is no 'standard' formula how to calculate them (at
least I don't know).

The only thing I can offer are some electronic schematic
diagrams where
the filter coefficients could be 'reverse-engineered' out of
the resistor and
capacitor values, but this may take some hours because I
first have to
scan them.
Maybe somebody else has a better solution.
