problem: mails refused from a registered subscriber

Hi list,

Because I have no idea who is the official moderator of this
list,
I just send a translation of an email I got:

Uwe Kadritzke (from Germany) writes that athough he is a
registered
subscriber of this list he only can RECEIVE messages, but
ass soon as
he replies he gets the following message:

Your mail to 'Audacity-nyquist' with the subject
Re: [Audacity-nyquist] cooperative plugins?
Is being held until the list moderator can review it for
approval.

The reason it is being held:
Post by non-member to a members-only list

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will
receive
notification of the moderator's decision. If you would like
to cancel
this posting, please visit the following URL:

Dominic is admin for this list, in case he has not seen this
message I
have copied it to him. Has Uwe received the confirmatory
email from us
after he registered? Unless he replied to that or clicked on
the link it
contained, he won't be registered. Dominic can subscribe him
though,
once he gets to the control panel to do it.
