Nyquist 2.37 manual download link

Hi Nyquist list,

Because the SAL notation of the current Nyquist Reference
manual from the
CMU homepage ist incompatible to Nyquist in Audacity I have
updated the
Nyquist manuals in the german Audacity forum to the latest
Audacity
compatible version (Nyquist 2.37) and added some download
packages for
use with Nyquist in Audacity:
