performance of repro sip server

Hello,
     Is there a performance measurement tool for repro
SIP server? If so, is there any documentation on it?

I need to find the number of calls the server can
accept per second on a MIPS based network processor
running linux.

The server can be compiled and run without much
effort.

I have tried to compile the sipXphone client. It needs
Java and other packages.

I am a kernel engineer, and have very little interest
in learning SIP protocol.

So if there is a tool like nerperf for SIP please send
me a reply.
