Besides rport and connection reuse and a built in STUN
server - repro
does not have any special NAT support (as I suspect asterick
does).
Clients connecting to repro should use some mechanism like
STUN or
static configuration to discover their public IP address and
build the
SIP messages appropriately.

Scott is definitely correct for UDP NAT traversal.  For TCP
and TLS 
transports, we are planning to add support for
draft-ietf-sip-outbound 
and draft-ietf-sip-gruu within the next month.
