A possible alternative is that a computation is being made
where the
results do not care about the lack of initialization. For
example, if
it is an FSM or simple computation that includes
implementation of
'dont care' states, it is possible that this is normal
(and sloppy
but better performing) behavior. Just opening the
possibility here.
