Question about HELX APP packet

Hello

I would like to ask wheter the Helix DNA Server v 11
controlls server 
sending rate or not? Does response like feedback information
recieved in 
RTCP APP HELX packets make effect on computed sending rate?.
What effect 
does the information conveyed by RTCP APP HELX packet have
if the 
sending rate is not controlled by the feedback information
from RTCP APP 
HELX packet?

Helix DNA Server does not provide server side rate control.
This
feature is available in the Helix Mobile Server retail
product from
RealNetworks.
