Capture RTSP communication through plugin

Hi,

I'm working on a server plugin that should jump to a certain
time location 
for a video. For example, if the user plays a video, the
server will reply 
the video data which is 1 minute ahead from starting point.

My question,

Is it possible to do that? tried all the server plugin
examples, none of 
them had similairity of for my problem here. Tried to
capture the RTSP 
communication message through request & headerresponse
but failed

any suggestion?
