Plugin configure or version error

[Note: Moving to helix-server-dev since helix-server-issues
is 
intended for automated Issuezilla emails.]

The problem is that you're trying to run a v11 plugin
(SERVER_11_0_0_REL)
in a v10 server (10.3.1.716).  On Linux in particular, this
will not
work due to binary ABI incompatabilities between gcc 2.95.3
and gcc 3.3+.

You should use the SERVER_10_1_STABLE branch in this
situation, and
use a build environment appropriate for that branch:
