opportunity for a Business Data Analyst.
Initial work location will be Moldova.
Qualifications/experience:
* University degree, preferably in econometrics, statistics or other
related field;
* At least 2 years professional experience in statistical data
analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS);
* Experience in one of the relevant economic fields (banking,
finance, insurance) desirable;
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian is an asset;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently
and as part of a team;
* Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure;
* Willingness to travel in the NIS Region.
Responsibilities:
* Collect required statistics and perform statistical data analysis;
* Participate in the development of tools and systems for the
automation of credit analysis;
* Implement automated credit processing systems in financial
institutions and train staff;
* Contribute to the optimization of credit procedures.

challenging job opportunity as Senior Credit Adviser / Team Leader
for a EBRD funded project in Tajikistan.
Type of Employment: Full-time
Duty Station: Tajikistan
Qualifications/experience:
* University degree in Business, Finance, or related fields; Degree
in Agronomy is an advantage;
* Minimum 5 years international experience in implementing innovative
MSME or MSE lending operations;
* Solid experience in leading positions involving managing large
teams or projects;
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international
development finance projects;
* Strong analytical skills and communication skills (spoken and
written);
* Excellent team player, dynamic and with initiative;
* Fluency in English; Knowledge of Tajik or Russian preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of new agricultural lending
approaches;
* Coordinate the introduction and implementation of innovative
agricultural loan products and procedures;
* Expand agricultural lending to the most suitable districts in the
agricultural regions;
* Introduce modern Human Resource Management and training programs,
including TOT;
* Advise middle and senior management of partner institutions;
* Coordinate short term experts; develop and maintain relationship
with key stakeholders.

(Agronomist) for a EBRD funded project in Tajikistan.
Type of Employment: Short-term
Duty Station: Tajikistan
Qualifications/experience:
* An appropriate degree in a relevant agricultural discipline
(preferably in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agribusiness or minimum of five
years experience in similar work;
* Knowledge of agricultural production methods, technologies and
techniques, with particular focus on the cotton industry;
* Knowledge of agricultural development;
* Experience in rural lending development projects is an advantage;
* Strong analytical skills;
* Fluent English, Knowledge of Tajik or Russian;
* Strong command and leadership skills;
* Report writing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Advise on key agricultural aspects important for lending
operations, in particular in the cotton sub-sector;
* Advise on loan application documentation for agricultural lending;
