WYG International (part of White Young Green plc) is a leading
consultancy company delivering high quality implementation of donor-
funded and privately funded projects on a world-wide basis. We are
currently tendering for a project based in Swaziland
entitled "Restructuring and Diversification Management Unit to
coordinate the implementation of the National Adaptation Strategy to
the EU Sugar Reform" and are seeking an expert with the following
qualifications and experience to join us as a Team Leader.
Qualifications/Experience required:
• At least 10 years of experience in the design, management or
supervision of large EC funded rural development programmes,
particularly EDF programmes
• Experience in developing countries, particularly those in the
Southern African region
• Participation in multi-donor schemes
• Experience with the EC guidelines on programming, country
strategies and project cycle management
• A university degree
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English
The Team Leader will be required for 648 working days over the
project duration of 35 months, likely to commence in January 2008.
