The version in CVS doesn't have this bug, blocked members
are
displayed in moderation log without raising 404 exceptions.
Resource
rendering was seriously rewritten in CVS even before the MVC
part of
refactoring was checked in (see change log for 2007-02-26).

If you're curious enough to debug this, copy over the error
reporting
bit from generic exception case into the
ResourceNotFoundError or
other case you're getting, and then see if at some point
along the
stack trace resource id is lost or not passed correctly into
resource
constructor. But once again, in this case it's not likely
that
whatever you dig up will still apply to the new code.
