RFS: Orphaned Packages 3dchess, ladder.app, lapispuzzle.app, mines.app, quake2-data, scottfree, step

Hi folks,

I have put all of the orphaned packages that I recently
adopted on 
mentors if someone has time to check them out and/or upload
(All should 
build from svn as well):
