eek, i just upgraded to 2.91 or whatever the latest one is
and i keep getting...

Yes, I know about this. It's because some Action classes
changed, but
the old ones are still stored in history. You have to delete
your
history (~/.gnome2/deskbar-applet/history_new.pickle)

Hi,
I filed bug 472069 about this issue. Disabling Web Bookmarks (Mozilla) should work around it until it's fixed.
