PrintDialog Problem

The only time I've seen anything similar to this is when
the Main method
did not have the STAThreadAttribute set on it, or the
ShowDialog method
was called on a background thread.  In the first case you
usually see
exceptions.  In the second case the exceptions may be
swallowed by the
framework unless you explicitly asking to be informed of
thread exceptions.
