Since the Trac environments for our development projects
have been under
heavy attack recently, I'm adding a spam filter that may
cause some
inconvenience.
The change is this: anonymous users are no longer be allowed
to submit
URLs to bug tickets. When an anonymous user tries to write
a ticket with
a URL in the text, or submits a new description for a ticket
(or new
keywords or summary), an error page will appear.
As this error page explains, it will still be allowed to
write "disguised"
URLs such as:
http ://our.site.com/some/page.html
^
Note the extra space here!
I hope this will not cause too much trouble for people
working with
Chantra. Almost certainly it will be better than the spam!
Still, please
let me know if there are any problems with this.
The error page looks like this:
ht
tp://thaiopensource.org/boilerplate/no_urls.html
Perhaps somebody out there can help me to a Thai translation
as well?
Jeroen
