More anti-spam measures

Dear developers,

The fight against spam on our development site is heating
up.  We are now
blocking new tickets, ticket comments, and ticket
modifications that
contain URLs, unless they are made by someone we know.  If
people want to
be able to post URLs to bug tickets, even registered
developers, they need
to be added to a special list in the server's security
configuration.

Next, I have created a fake component in every development
project.  The
component is called "aaaaa".  Many spam posts
set the bug ticket's
component to the first component in the list, so any posts
that contain
URLs and set the component to aaaaa will also be rejected.

Please contact me if these restrictions go too far for you;
or if you know
of someone who should be allowed to post URLs; or if you
have ideas for
fighting this form of spam more effectively.
