HAVE_CONFIG_H mess

Hi,

direct/types.h including config.h doesn't seem like good
idea. Xorg for 
example doesn't have a file named config.h but it still
defines 
HAVE_CONFIG_H because it uses the autoheader stuff. Maybe
types.h should 
just let the app itself include whatever config header it
wants.

Yes, I wasn't sure about that step. But I think the ifdef
HAVE_STDBOOL_H 
is ok.
