handling of DWET_ENTER event

Hi

While digging into some bugs [1] that affect gdk/dfb input
events 
handling, i noticed that the first time the cursor enters a
dfb window, 
provided the cursor is outside the window when the window is
created, 
dwet_enter is sent twice, just after dwet_gotfocus.
Is dwet_enter being sent twice in row something
admissible/possible in 
regular dfb functioning or is pherhaps a bug in the way the
dfbevents 
queue is parsed (dfbevents are sent to a fd and then parsed
from a 
callback function) ?
