Directfb Xorg server

There is and inital port of the directfb Xorg server is
really rough
and not documented but
it worked for me serveral people are intrested in looking at
the code
even it its current condition.

I was able to run xterm and gnome-terminal

One known but is menus are not coming down when clicking on
the main
window under gnome-terminal.

Strangly I also need to sed the redisplay time to -1

A patch is in the download from cvs. And a script to apply

Its still under heavy development so a snapshot patch is not
that useful.
