Heh. As if it had anything to do with skill.

But looks like its viral potential is good if people feel
that way, eh?

Played it a bit more last night, and I have some more
observations:

  * I like how the monster makes a different noise based on
how well you hit the skull (or am I imagining it?), but it
seems like the "good" hit has too wide a range -
you hit a grounder, and you get the same noise as when you
hit one at about thirty degrees. Since grounders almost
always fail to get over the first drop, perhaps adjusting
that noise range would increase the "yes!" feeling
when a good hit is made.

  * I was able to move the camera "under" the
ground a few times.

  * I'm assuming that you're sending messages back and
forth to the server to update the high score list every once
in a while, rather than just when you place. If so, it
might be cool to display messages when someone registers a
high score above your highest score, like "Zav just
placed #3 on the high score table!" That would
engender the "Oh, yeah? We'll see about THAT!"
response, which will get people playing longer, and it would
make high scores more satisfying to know that other players
are getting a message of your luck, er, I mean,
"achievement".
