Inside of which would be a Flash movie.

I'm more skeptical about the HTML feature. Flash already
renders 
HTML, as does Director, and so both would show an HTML box
in their 
structure. But that's different than if there was a Browser
box. Even 
Apple's Webkit used for Widgets has to be hacked a bit in
order to 
make plugins work, so I don't think of HTML as a feature
being proof 
of all browser features being supported.
