Barry,
unfortunately I have to report that the game freezes up on
my G5s (at home +
work) after a random time playing. Doesn't always happen
though, but in four
sessions, three froze up :( Oh and please don't go
"Macs suck" because when
the game runs, it does so absolutely beautifully.
I'm particularly impressed with the lighting and texturing
of the character.
SW3D shading seems to be difficult to get to look good, this
certainly has
it down! Please pass my compliments on to the texture
artist, this really
has a pro look to it, and the detail is finely judged. I
would hope that
you're not forced to reduce the texture quality... oh and
hey, you did good
work too :-p
One the one hand it's exhilarating to see such great SW3D
content trickling
out. On the other hand it's depressing to be unable to
compete :-p
