Hello,
I've got a project that I'm running on various G5s and I
get about an
hour in and then experience lockups. When I run apple's
debugging tool I
see a ton of sound threads so that led me to try running
without
background music or sound effects.
If I run the application with no sound I don't have any
issues.
I know there used to be settings I could play with in the
.ini file
(perhaps that was just Windows?) and I've tried using
puppetsound vs.
sound.play and other things but I still have lockups. I get
this in the
authoring environment as well as the stand alone app. BTW is
puppetsound
depreciated?
Anyone else running into this? Any possible solutions
(besides no sound
