"works in director,not in browser" woes

I used shockwave stub projectors (which use exactly the same
shockwave 
installation as the browser), and a projector.ini that
includes the 
lines:

[Lingo]
DisplayFullLingoErrorText=1

when using the dir9 stub projector, I go this error message,
when using 
the dir10 projector, no error appeared.
