Need a Designer

I am looking for a top notch designer who can help us to
create a  
golf game. We will need 3 holes designed in 3D Studio Max
and the  
assets will need to be able to import into Director as W3D
files.  
Please keep in mind that we are not seeking a programmer. We
need a  
3D DESIGNER.
