  Lots of dynamic graphs, tables, and other GUI elements
that enhance learning.  In particular, check out the
geometry stuff, which allows you to manipulate geometric
figures in real time, complete with automatically updating
angle and length measures.

  (They're just fun to play with, too, but that may just be
the math geek in me talking - heh.)
