Textures fuzzy on mac

Hi guys,
Mac users are complaning that all text is fuzzy in this
shockwave.

I do no thave a Mac, so I have a hard time debugging.

I figure there could be two problems
A) The texture is not a base of 2
B) Some other texture settings need to be applied

Please see here and tell me if the dimensions of the
"POT" texture is 
correct on Mac.
