it may not be related, Tom, but it seemed to me, that
problems were  
only reported from us non-US folks, while the US folks are
redirected  
to sdc.macromedia.com sites, which worked fine all the time.

hopefully this is another clue to fix the problem as soon as
possible.

I'm in the US and my xtra package files come from
fpdownload.  It's  
true that I haven't had problems, though.

Except... with the Mac SWA packages!  Six weeks on that one
(yes, I  
reported the bug in the standard way, not just to Tom) and
no fix.
