Bug#259772: upstream collapsed, distribution still available

The URL cited above features a dancer and a writing
"Minforth is gone".
However, the downloads directory access is still available,
see
	http
://home.arcor.de/a.s.kochenburger/downloads/
Since the distribution is GPL, I don't think there is any
problem
shipping it with Debian anyway, in fact, it actually raises
the
need of doing so in my opinion, although certainly requires
more
skilled maintainership.

If needed, I can upload a (locally cached) distro as an
attachment
to this WNPP bug.

    thanks for all the feedback! We are going to fix the
last glitches you 
pointed out. As for the language, the italian text was
obviously a 
placeholder text so we are going to change that with the
correct 
translations.
