Need to run sane backend with non-root user

How can I run sane backend or scanimage with regular user.
I am using Fujitsu scanner USB.

Or 
  
Does anyone know what device name that scanimage use to
communicate to the Scanner?

I am thinking, if I can change the permission of the USB 
device file/path then it should be good to go right?

Allan,
I did not installed any of those packages when I installed 
the OS that is why I have to build most of them.
