Canon PIXMA MP600 support

Hi.

I want to work on support for Canon PIXMA MP600.
So I got http://home.arcor.de/wittawat/pixma/mp150-0.12.2.tar.bz2

and edited pixma_mp150.c file following:

this is same button codes for MP450, MP500 and MP800.

next I tried scan as below
# ./scan -1 -d 10 -w 30 -h 20 test.pnm 2> test.log

The new PIXMA MPs seem to talk a different
"dialect". USB sniffer logs for 
color, grayscale and BW mode are required. Please do _not_
send sniffer log 
files to the mailing list because they will be probably very
large! Instead, 
put them somewhere in the Internet and post the links here.

Please try the patch in the attachment (to be applied
against original 
mp150-0.12.2) and let's see what will happen. I didn't have
much time to 
check the code. So, don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

I tried scanning
#./scan -r 75 -1 -m color color.pnm
I got good image!! I put result image http://pixma-mp60
0.sourceforge.jp/.

Next I tried scanning with grayscale
#./scan -r 75 -1 -m gray gray.pnm

ERROR: ECANCELED

but error occured.Next I tried scanning for testers.
# ./scan -1 -d 10 -w 30 -h 20 test.pnm 2> test.log
*
*
ERROR: ECANCELED
