memfile.cpp

Hi Ambulant,

I'm trying to build the latest source for win32, and
"memfile.cpp" seems 
to be missing.

I can build libambulant without it, but then
AmbulantPlayer's build 
process reports linker errors.

How can I fix this?

Hmm, memfile.cpp indeed seems to have gone missing. I assume
it was  
never checked in in the new location, I will investigate on
monday.
