Rationale/Explanation of issue:
The document has references to RFC 2716 in quite a few
places. These
references should probably be to RFC 2716bis instead. Also,
Appendix A
includes information that was not included in RFC 2716, but
will be included
in RFC 2716bis, so it is somewhat duplicative.
Proposed resolution: Replace [RFC2716] with [RFC2716bis]
throughout the
document. Remove the section on EAP-TLS in Appendix A.
