I just downloaded the above in my windows 98 system.  [I have recently been plagued with spam] ; It seems to be installed, but there is no "toolbar" as described in the instructions for use.  Is spambayes unable to operate in my computer?  I would like some help. ; Thank you, Jim

You appear to be using Outlook Express, which despite the name has little relationship to Outlook.
