SFEqemu kqemu error

I compiled SFEqemu (amd64 platform) with the CBE
environment.
The package installs fine. After some fiddling with
devlinks.tab the
kqemu driver is loaded. Permissions had to be set in
minor_prefs too.

However, I get the foolowing error starting qemu:

"Error -1 while initializing QEMU acceleration layer -
diabling it for
now"

That's a pity, because without it windows runs much slower


Any ideas what could be the cause of this?

Generally speaking, you either have to chmod 660 /dev/kqemu
or use setfacl to give your specific user permission to
the device.

Not sure where they got the code from (hopefully, from the
Qemu project page).
