using jabber server to connect whiteboard

Hello,

The collaborative whiteboard application are able to communicate with each other through jabber Server.I have now a whiteboard application called FreeStyler it uses as vector graph JGraph (nodes and edges)it does not use SVG...

Is anyone knows how can jabber deal with these nodes and edges as objects in the whiteboard.......and how can jabber server deal with the event in this whiteboard ....
