In case a jitter buffer is used, the RTP statistics about
dropped
packets seems incorrect.
Assume the following:
RECV seqNr 18510
RECV seqNr 18512
RECV seqNr 18511
thus, the two last packets arrive out of order.
RTP_Session will now note one dropped and one out-of-order
packet.
However, if some sort of jitter buffer is used, the packet
18511 will
not really be dropped.
