why the size of new version PTLib.dll is much bigger than last version

Dear Sir or Madam:

   I find the size of new version PTLib.dll(Atlas Release)
is much bigger
than last version(Mimas RC2). The new version is about 2 MB
and the last is
about 700KB
What is the difference?
