Hi,

Some time ago I did a bit of compiling and came up with
around 300+ packages
for Zaurus running 4.2.
http://zaurus.16
8weedon.com/openbsd/
http:
//matrixmen.free.fr/zaurus/openbsd/zdevil/ (a couple of
packages seem
not to be uploaded properly, but otherwise identical to the
first feed).

I've stopped doing that because I've switched from OpenBSD
to Linux again
(Debian EABI). Hope the files still help.

w.r.t. the swapping of the internal drive, mine is C3200 and
now the system
lives in a shiny internal SanDisk Extreme III 16GB CF
(costing around 150
USD after rebate). An easy test is to use hdparm -Tt. Cache
access time is
more than one-third faster on CF than on microdrive.

Cheers,
zdevil

care to elaborate about the change?
what's the reason of your dissatisfaction with openbsd?

how would you compare the 2 systems,
both being full systems and not embedded roms?
