Thank you Sébastien. Just to point out that the link of the ffmpeg plugin setup seem's t be broken: http://perso.orange.es/moutte983/gstreamer/releases/gst-ffmpeg/gst-ffmpeg-0.10.2.setup.zip I tried to use the Win32 binary package, which contains just the libgstffmpeg.dll but it si not enoughf because all the libavcodec dlls are missing.
