GStreamer Python bindings pre-release : 0.10.6.2

Hi all,

  There was a problem with the previous pre-release that
avoided
compiling it properly with versions of gstreamer core <
0.10.11. This
pre-release fixes it.

  Please test and report bugs. If there are no more issues,
I'll
